New business to locate in River’s Landing –

CLEARFIELD – Clearly Ahead Development is proud to announce the establishment of a new business to locate in the River’s Landing building, located along the edge of the Clearfield River.

At the same time, the Lezzer Realty Group is delighted to join Keller Williams Advantage Realty of State College, for the creation of a regional headquarters for the Lezzer Realty Group.

“We are more than grateful for this opportunity and look forward to working with our customers and bringing the Keller Williams brand to the Clearfield market,” said Christian Lezzer.

“We are thrilled with what the future holds and look forward to building lasting relationships for years to come within the community. “

Plans are underway for Lezzer Realty Group to occupy a corner suite, located on the first floor along Market Street. The professional office will meet the growing needs of building a dynamic real estate team serving Clearfield and surrounding areas.

Lezzer said 10 to 15 officers will work on a regional basis from the River’s Landing site. Construction and upgrades are in the final stages of engineering design and are planning to begin to complete construction of the office this fall.

“It’s hard not to see the positive impacts Christian and his energetic team at Lezzer Realty Group have had on the local real estate market. They have become a very strong brand within the community. We are extremely pleased that Lezzer Realty Group is committed to investing so much in our community with such a bold commercial presence, ”said Rob Swales, Managing Director of Clearly Ahead Development.

River’s Landing is a newly constructed multi-unit apartment building along the Clearfield Riverwalk. The 11,000 square foot facility accommodates up to three first floor suites for commercial occupancy.

The second floor consists of economic development offices to provide entrepreneurial services and coworking space for young start-ups.

The second floor also offers ample event space for trainings, meetings and special events for up to 138 guests.
